CHHCF made a trip down to Chilliwack's Hampton House to participate in their everyday workout! These men and woman range from ages 70-90 and they are the most amazing people, they're active every day! We spoke with many of them finding out that not only do they join this workout class every morning but they swim, dance, and some do yoga! There is no age limit on health and wellness, a positive attitude and fitness can change your life! Cheers!
